Founding GTM Engineer
Our client is a YC-backed AI financial OS for CPG brands selling into brick-and-mortar retail — automating deductions, trade promotions, and cash application across 50+ retailer portals. $20M raised (Series A led by Footwork), 200+ brands live, $20B+ in revenue managed.
About the Role
Our client is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail — combining intuitive software with AI agents to automate the thousands of hours of manual work that goes into scaling a CPG brand across retail channels. They serve well-known consumer brands, recently closed a Series A round with strong investor backing, and are now scaling the GTM systems behind the business to match the momentum of the product. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the GTM engineering function end-to-end. This role sits at the heart of the funnel — pipeline management, deal acceleration, and post-sale handoffs. You will work closely with the full GTM team to turn high-level goals into scalable, automated systems, and you will have a genuine seat at the table as both a builder and a strategic partner.
What You'll Own
Build thoughtful automations that power the GTM motion end-to-end — from event preparation and prospecting strategy through to deal management and close
Create personalized, dynamic landing pages for high-value accounts that give prospects a clear and compelling view of what the product can do for them
Collaborate with the sales team to surface meaningful intent signals and buying triggers that accelerate pipeline velocity
Own and evolve the full GTM tech stack across marketing, sales, and customer success — tooling, integrations, and ongoing maintenance
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company — you have built systems, not just administered them
Proven experience building or owning systems that support sales pipelines end-to-end, not just maintaining what someone else set up
Strong hands-on fluency with modern GTM tooling — Clay, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot
Ability to work closely with non-technical teams and translate messy, evolving problems into clean, scalable system design
Genuine excitement about using AI and automation to make sales and customer workflows smarter and more efficient
Excellent communication skills — comfortable talking directly with customers and contributing to product direction
Willingness to work from the NYC headquarters five days a week
Tech Stack
