GTM Engineer
Our client builds the AI-powered safety OS organisations rely on when it matters most — real-time threat detection, an AI Response Agent, and direct 911/EMS integration, live across K-12, healthcare, hospitality, and retail. Backed by SUSA Ventures and Box Group, and on the verge of closing a significant Series B at a $150M valuation.
About the Role
Our client builds AI-powered safety infrastructure for schools, hospitals, hotels, and retailers — combining cloud software (emergency response, mass communications, AI-driven threat detection) with hardware (gunshot sensors, panic buttons) to modernize how organizations protect their people. They have raised $20M, are coming out of stealth, and are now hiring a GTM Engineer to own and scale the revenue infrastructure behind that growth. Reporting to the Head of Business, you will be the technical backbone of the GTM team. This is a pure systems ownership role — no copywriting, no campaign management. You will inherit a working foundation (data warehouse, signals, integrations) from an existing GTME consultant and take it to the next level as the company scales across a complex, multi-channel market: direct sales, channel integrators, MSPs, and legislative stakeholders. You will build the data infrastructure and tooling that lets SDRs, AEs, and leadership operate with precision — and join as a founding hire with a clear path from IC to function owner.
What You'll Own
Own and scale the data warehouse — from ingestion and enrichment pipelines to query performance across complex, multi-location facility ownership data
Build and maintain push/pull signal systems that surface intent and engagement signals to the sales team in real time
Ship front-end dashboards and internal tooling that empowers SDRs, AEs, and leadership to self-serve without an engineering dependency
Manage the full GTM tech stack: third-party API integrations, enrichment providers, and CRM connectivity
Deploy and iterate on AI agents for high-value GTM use cases — the company already has agents in production across multiple workflows
Work cross-functionally with SDR, AE, software engineering, and leadership to prioritize infrastructure investments and reduce GTM bottlenecks
What We're Looking For
5+ years of GTM engineering or RevOps engineering experience — you have built systems, not just administered them
Proven track record building or scaling a GTM tech stack from early stage — not just inheriting and maintaining one someone else built
Deep technical fluency across data warehousing, push/pull signal systems, front-end tooling, and third-party API integrations
Experience shipping dashboards or internal tools that non-technical teammates actually depend on daily
Hands-on AI agent deployment experience — you have built and shipped agents that drive measurable business outcomes (required, not optional)
Comfortable making autonomous, high-quality decisions about where to focus engineering effort with minimal oversight
Excited to join as a founding hire: high ownership, high ceiling, direct line to leadership
Nice to have
Prior experience at a Series A/B company scaling through Series C
Background in enterprise B2B with multi-channel GTM (channel partners, MSPs, integrators, regulatory/lobbying)
Familiarity with complex multi-location entity and ownership data structures
Tech Stack
Data Warehouse, AI Agents, Signal Systems, GTM Engineering, RevOps, API Integrations, Python, Front-End Tooling, CRM Integration
