About the Role
Our client is building an enterprise AI platform that is fundamentally changing how companies operate — enabling any employee to shape and deploy the exact AI agents they need to accelerate their work. Backed by a top-tier investor, the company serves a fast-growing roster of high-growth B2B and AI-native companies, with weekly active user retention rivalling the stickiness of tools teams rely on every day. They are growing fast and targeting significant expansion by end of 2026. This GTM engineering role sits at the intersection of engineering and revenue generation. You will build the automated outbound prospecting systems that fuel pipeline growth in the US market — working directly with RevOps and Sales to design end-to-end workflows, integrations, and AI-powered systems. You will use the product itself to build the GTM engine, and have the opportunity to define what world-class GTM engineering looks like at a company shaping the future of work.
What You'll Own
Design and implement end-to-end outbound workflows across the full GTM stack — from prospect identification and data enrichment through to personalised outreach and lead routing
Build scalable systems that continuously improve prospecting efficiency and pipeline generation in the US market
Automate repetitive GTM workflows to increase sales team productivity and free them up for high-value conversations
Own outbound campaigns end-to-end — tracking performance metrics, running rapid A/B experiments on messaging and targeting, and scaling what works into repeatable playbooks
Develop documentation and train Sales teams on automation tools and workflows
Help define what world-class GTM engineering looks like as the discipline evolves at an AI-first company
What We're Looking For

Strong interest in AI and its role in transforming GTM strategies — you follow the space and have opinions about where it is going
Business-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of sales processes and what drives commercial outcomes
Data-driven approach to experimentation — you track what matters, run structured tests, and optimise based on evidence
Scrappy, resourceful problem solver who is comfortable operating at pace in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have
Hands-on familiarity with modern GTM tooling — Clay, CommonRoom, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar
Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
Programming experience in Python or JavaScript
